No botox but there was retouching at Breakfast at Tiffany's
Say it ain't so: Hepburn before and after during her role on Breakfast at Tiffany's.
Never-before-seen publicity images of the 'untouched' Hollywood legend feature in an upcoming coffee table book which will mark the 50th anniversary of the film, Breakfast at Tiffany's.
While the flaws may not be obvious to the naked eye, the photo features pencil marks made by the film's art director indicating where the 32-year-old's skin required smoothing in order to eradicate the crows feet and small lines around her eyes.

The film was nominated for Best Art Direction at the 1962 Academy Awards.
Hepburn played Holly Golightly in the role which Capote originally demanded be given to Marilyn Monroe, a small-town girl turned New York socialite with a love of labels and loaded men.
As well as cementing her cinematic career, the image of Hepburn in the black Givenchy cocktail dress, pearl necklace and black sunglasses continues to inspire and influence the fashion world.
To mark the film's half century a remastered DVD version will be released along with a book of original, behind the scenes images complied by author Sarah Gristwood.
Breakfast at Tiffany's is now being reconfigured and reworked into a Broadway show.
